(C) Due to the request of a number of people, we have been asked to produce a Statement of Faith on our website. We, therefore, have composed the following guidelines and admonitions. God helping us, we shall address issues that have pervaded our contemporary times. A number of these popular trends are causing many to accommodate modern usages and interpretations. We show how these compromises with secular world-views are impacting the Orthodox way of life and Church Tradition. With God helping His Church, we present the following regarding the relevance of the authority of Orthodox Tradition, including the Bible, the consensus in the writings of the holy Fathers of the Orthodox Church, and the sacred canons of the Synods (both oecumenical and regional councils), when dealing with the daily business of modern life.
